| Ignite 2008 will not be able to refund any payments that have been make unless it is because of a Visa Rejection? If you are unable to come due to a visa rejection or unable to get a visa interview date in time, you may cancel your registration... If you would like a refund back, you will need to: 1) show proof of your rejection from the Embassy or 2) proof that your interview date was too late in order to get the visa on time for ignite. - write a letter explaining as well. Please fax the letter + rejection proof from the embassy to 845 267 4169 (Fax) USA and email eugeniako@gmail.com and sujin1sam1@gmail.com. Briefly stating why you cannot attend and that you have sent the fax as well. |
